By placing an order with ABOV (ABOV Enterprises), you agree to the following:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection. Returns are only accepted where required by law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo/video evidence. Failure to do so may result in denial of your claim.

Where a valid issue is confirmed, we may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Refunds are not automatically provided.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Items must be returned in original condition.

Risk transfers upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

By completing your purchase, you confirm you have read and agreed to our policies.

We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks with evidence including delivery confirmation and policy acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid.
